Some helpful ways to remember diffusion and active transport.

Diffusion is simple just the flow of a high concentration to a low concentration. this is sort of like how when someone sprays perfume that is doesn't fill the room immediately but over time eventually it will disperse its self through the room.

facilitated diffusion is just like diffusion but threw a membrane. it still flows from a high concentration to a low concentration

osmosis is the same a diffusion but with water specifically.

Active transport is when a low concentration goes to a high concentration and the only way this happens is if energy is spent so this can happen.

hope this was helpful :)
